MUNDO’S MUD MONSTERS — TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARENTS AND CARERS

Version 1.2 | October 2026

1. ABOUT US

Mundo’s Mud Monsters is operated by Mundo Enterprise LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16291658. Our registered office is 18 Douglas House, Brine Street, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 3TH.

We provide indoor football and physical development sessions for children aged 2–7, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Activities include football, movement, balance, coordination, music, singing, dancing and free play.

2. SESSIONS

Sessions take place on Thursdays, 17:00–18:00, at The Den, The Clock Tower, Dingle Walk, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 1BA.

Each session accommodates a maximum of 24 children and requires at least 10 bookings to run. If fewer than 10 children are booked, we will cancel and notify you by WhatsApp as early as possible. When demand regularly exceeds 24 children, we will open an additional slot and offer places in booking order.

There is no session on Thursday 31 December 2026. The session on Thursday 24 December 2026 will run as normal.

We may occasionally change a session’s time, venue or content and will give as much notice as possible.

3. REGISTRATION AND PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

A fully completed and signed Registration & Parental Consent Form is required before your child’s first session. The person signing must have parental responsibility for the child.

Please provide accurate information and promptly tell us about changes to your child’s health, allergies, medical or additional needs, emergency contacts or collection arrangements. We may decline or withdraw a place if information needed to keep your child safe is not provided.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Sessions cost £8 each per child, £14 per two children and £15 per three children. Payment may be made by cash or QR code on the day, by bank transfer before the session, or by prepaying for a block of sessions. We may refuse entry where payment has not been made.

Bank transfer details:

Account name: Mundo Enterprise LTD

We will never change our bank details by message or email. If asked to pay a different account, call 07496137998 first.

We will give at least one month’s notice of price changes. Prepaid sessions will be honoured at the price paid.

5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND MISSED SESSIONS

Pay-as-you-go: There is no charge for a session your child does not attend.

Prepaid blocks: Tell us at least 24 hours before a session if your child cannot attend, and that session will be carried forward. Sessions missed without notice are not refunded or carried forward.

Illness: If your child must stay away under our Illness Policy, the session will be carried forward provided you notify us before it starts.

Cancellation by us: If we cancel a session, you may choose to have any prepaid session carried forward or refunded in full.

Leaving the programme: Unused prepaid sessions will be refunded, less any sessions used.

6. DECEMBER 2026 LOYALTY OFFER

Children who attend all five sessions on 29 October and 5, 12, 19 and 26 November 2026 qualify to attend all four December sessions on 3, 10, 17 and 24 December for £16 per child, £28 per two children and £30 per three children in total.

Sessions cancelled by us do not affect eligibility. A session missed for any other reason means the offer does not apply. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another offer.

7. ARRIVAL AND COLLECTION

Please arrive on time, hand your child directly to a member of staff and ensure they are signed in. Children must not be left unattended at any point of the session, meaning at least one parent must stay for the duration of each session.

Please take your child/children promptly at 18:00. Children will only be released to a parent/carer named on the Registration Form or an authorised adult named on the form or notified to us in advance. Authorised collectors must provide the collection password.

Children will not be released to anyone under 16 or anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please provide a copy of any court order restricting contact.

If your child is not collected, staff will contact you and your emergency contacts. Two staff members will remain with your child. If no one can be contacted after 30 minutes, our safeguarding lead will seek advice from children’s social care.

8. CLOTHING AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Children participate in bare feet or socks only. Shoes are not permitted on the play area.

Please provide comfortable clothing suitable for active play, remove jewellery and bring a named water bottle.

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.

9. HEALTH, ILLNESS AND MEDICATION

Please keep your child at home if they are unwell and follow the exclusion periods in our First Aid, Accidents, Illness & Medication Policy. Following diarrhoea or vomiting, children must stay away until 48 hours after the last episode. Children with a fever must stay away until their temperature returns to normal and they are well.

If your child becomes unwell during a session, we will contact you to collect them.

Tell us about all allergies, medical conditions and additional needs. Required medication, including inhalers and adrenaline auto-injectors, must be brought to every session and taken home afterwards. It must be in date, in its original packaging and labelled with your child’s name. A completed Medication Consent Form is required before staff administer medication.

First aid is provided in line with the permissions recorded on the Registration Form. Emergency services will be called for serious injuries, and parents will be contacted.

No food is provided during sessions. Please do not bring food onto the play area.

10. BEHAVIOUR AND INCLUSION

We use positive, age-appropriate approaches and adapt activities to help children participate at their own level. Please discuss any additional support needs with us before your child starts so we can agree reasonable adjustments.

If behaviour presents a continuing risk to your child or others, we will work with you to agree a support plan. Suspension or withdrawal of a place is a last resort and will only follow discussion with you.

Parents and carers must treat children, staff, other families and the venue respectfully. Abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour may result in your child’s place being withdrawn. Smoking, vaping, alcohol and drugs are not permitted at the venue.

11. SAFEGUARDING

Your child’s safety and welfare come first. Staff follow our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy. Where a child may be at risk of harm, we may share information with children’s social care or the police without parental consent.

Safeguarding concerns can be emailed to safeguarding@mundosmudmonsters.co.uk.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

We only take or use photographs and videos of your child in accordance with the separate permissions recorded on the Registration Form. Accepting these terms does not provide photography or marketing consent.

You may change or withdraw photography consent at any time by emailing admin@mundosmudmonsters.co.uk. We will stop future use and remove images from our own website and social media where possible.

Parents may photograph or film their own child only. Please do not photograph or film other children or share images containing other children without their parents’ permission.

13. PERSONAL INFORMATION

We handle personal information in accordance with our Data Protection & Privacy Notice. Information is used to manage registration, deliver sessions, process payments and protect children’s welfare.

We never sell personal data. We only share it where required by law, for safeguarding, with medical professionals in an emergency, or with trusted service providers processing it on our behalf under contract.

Photography and marketing emails require separate consent. For privacy enquiries or requests concerning your information, contact admin@mundosmudmonsters.co.uk.

14. LIABILITY

Physical activity carries some risk of minor injury. We manage this through risk assessments, qualified staff and appropriate supervision.

From 29 October 2026, we hold £10 million public liability insurance and £10 million employer’s liability insurance with Insure4Sport.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

For bookings, contact dean.mundy@mundosmudmonsters.co.uk or bookings@mundosmudmonsters.co.uk. For general concerns, speak to the session lead, call 07496137998 or email admin@mundosmudmonsters.co.uk. We aim to resolve informal concerns immediately or within five working days.

If unresolved, send a formal written complaint to Dean Mundy, Director, at dean.mundy@mundosmudmonsters.co.uk. We will acknowledge it within three working days and provide a written response within 14 working days, or explain why more time is needed. You may then request a review meeting with the Director.

Safeguarding concerns are handled under our safeguarding procedures.

16. FULL POLICIES AND CHANGES

These terms should be read alongside our full Terms & Conditions and Policies, Version 1.2, available on request from admin@mundosmudmonsters.co.uk or by calling 07496137998.

We will notify you by email at least one month before any significant change to these terms takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

PARENT/CARER ACCEPTANCE

By accepting these terms, I confirm that I have parental responsibility for the child being registered, have read and agree to these terms, and will provide the required registration and separate consent information before my child’s first session.
